The Director, Ruth Godden, has worked in the Deaf Community for over 20 years in a variety of roles within adult and children’s services. This has allowed Ruth to gain valuable knowledge, experience and qualifications across many deaf services. Roles have included CQC Registered Manager with an outstanding rating, Deputy CEO of a charity, qualified Independent Advocate, BSL Interpreter and a Family Practitioner in Children’s Social Care to name a few!

Having seen too much inequality and social injustice over the years RJ Care Ltd was born to make a difference! With experienced staff sharing this same passion we are delighted to provide high-quality services across East Anglia and surrounding areas.
